Using our services

You agree to provide accurate information, use our website and services lawfully, protect account credentials, and avoid introducing harmful code or attempting unauthorised access.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, hosting, third-party services and support obligations will be defined in the applicable proposal, work order or service agreement.

Online platforms and tools

Customers are responsible for their users, permissions, submitted records, lawful use of data and maintaining suitable backups. We may suspend access to an online platform or tool for security, non-payment, misuse or a material breach, after reasonable notice where practical.

Features, integrations, availability and limits may change as our services evolve. We will use reasonable efforts to provide support according to the applicable service agreement.

Intellectual property

Radhix Technologies retains rights in its pre-existing tools, code, templates, systems, methods and brand assets. Unless your agreement says otherwise, final project deliverables are licensed or transferred after applicable invoices are paid. You must have rights to content, data, images and materials you provide to us.

Fees and third parties

Fees and payment schedules are stated in the applicable quotation or plan. Domain, hosting, advertising, payment gateway, messaging, analytics and other third-party charges may be billed separately. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability.

Disclaimers and limitation

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular search ranking, sales result or business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Radhix Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Faridabad, Haryana, unless a signed service agreement provides otherwise.
